Am nicely full on an unusally good university tea, have had fulfilling day, got lots of sleep last night, and am feeling very content.

Watched the pilot of Boomtown. TWoP hate it, but I thought it was quite good. Okay, not very original, if you ignore the 'shooting the same scene from different angles' trick (which could become quite boring quite quickly). And whassisface from NKOTB is cute.

Am swamped by holiday brochures and I'm not sure where to begin.... meanwhile, my dad is off to Ethopia, camping, for three weeks! Lucky him!

Two days til Chinese New Year. Bought some food to celebrate today. Have learnt important lesson: if seaweed is one of the ingredients, do not buy jelly! No matter how pretty the colour!
