This is the story of a very naughty bunny

Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to introduce you all to Buster the Rabbit.

Aw. Isn't he cute?

Buster the Rabbit goes all over the world and every week he sends back a video postcard to teach all the American boys and girls about friendship, sharing, and tolerance. Buster's visited all sorts of people - Hispanics, a Muslim family, an Evangelical Christian family - and he's learnt the importance of tolerance no matter what a person's religious or cultural background.

But Buster has been a bad bunny. Last month he went to visit a farm to learn all about how maple syrup is made. But this farm was owned by two lesbian parents and their children. And the government agency which sponsors Buster thought this was very bad indeed, and they made Buster rip up his video so that none of the boys and girls could see what terrible, immoral activities went on during maple syrup making.

Poor, naughty Buster. I hope he's learn his lesson. You should be nice to Hispanic people, and African American people, and Chinese people, and Native Indian people, because it doesn't matter what skin colour you are. And you should be nice to Islamic people, and Christian people, and Hindus and Buddhists and all religious people because it doesn't matter what religion you are.

But it is WRONG WRONG WRONG for two adult ladies to love each other very much and to look after any boys and girls in a close family. And it is WRONG WRONG WRONG for children to ever ever think that gay and lesbians should be treated just the same as everyone else. Because they're not the same. And we don't want their sort on television.

I hope Buster has learnt his lesson. His owner, Miss Pat Mitchell, has. Her bosses were very unhappy with her when they saw what Buster was doing, and now she won't be going back to her job when her contract runs out.

Poor Miss Pat. And poor Buster.

Have you learnt your lesson too?
